Great Flavor, Nice Kick

As a person that is no stranger to high amounts of caffeine, I found this to be a pretty decent drink. Now first of all, the flavor is excellent has far as coffee goes. I can't stand black coffee and I tried this black and it was incredibly smooth. Now as far as brewing instructions go, found it to be, for lack of a better term, wasteful. By going by the brewing instructions, a lot of the coffee grounds were wasted and not utilized. So I either added more water or cut back on the amount of coffee to use. I use about 4 tablespoons per 3-4 cups, depending on how many I am serving. I still get a good kick and I am not wasting any coffee nor is my bag diminishing at an accelerated rate. Don't have to go by the instructions, brew to your liking. You may or may not get the kick as described if you add more water or less coffee, but you use a lot less and don't end up wasting any grounds.

Bold - Flavorful - Delicious Joe . . . will perk you up and does not disappoint!

I must admit, I was expecting an overpowering, leaning to the bitter side, cup of coffee. I was a little concerned that the caffeine might be so over the top that I would get wound up like an eight day clock. To my delight and surprise the flavor was slightly bold but mellow and the caffeine was smooth and consistence throughout. As I'm sure most folks seeking the coffee trail adventure will admit, we are always on the prowl for something new and different. lfg does not disappoint. So if you are fearful that this cup of Joe might cause your head to spin, fear not. I think you will find this bean is just what you're looking for when you want to kick it up a notch!

VERY GOOD . . . Rich, Balanced Flavor. . . NOT BITTER!

I just got my lfg coffee in the mail this afternoon. I couldn't wait to try it. I brewed some up right away. The first thing I noticed is it is a lighter roast than I am used to drinking. I Smelled Great when I ground it, and also while it was brewing. It is a VERY GOOD cup of coffee. It has a very rich balanced flavor. It is Not Bitter! I'm a first year medical student (at 55 years old - I know, Crazy, right?), so I have many long hours of class time (8-5 M-F) with lots of study after class. I am looking forward to the High-Caffeine productivity without the bitterness.
